Osteopathy Pricing - Crystal Palace

Initial Consultation - £90 (60 min)

Your first session includes a detailed case history, movement assessment, and hands-on treatment to address immediate discomfort. We'll explore what's driving your symptoms and why they keep returning. You'll leave with clarity on what's causing your issue and practical steps you can start immediately.

Standard Follow-Up - £75 (45 min)

Continuing treatment and movement plan development. Each session builds on the last, with hands-on treatment when needed and continued work on your strength, mobility, and movement patterns.

Extended Follow-Up - £90 (60 min)

Extra time for when we need to work on multiple areas of your body, which requires both more hands-on treatment and a more detailed movement plan. Ideal for sessions where we're addressing several issues at once or when we need to advance your movement programme.

  • Many private health insurance policies cover osteopathy. I'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), which most insurers require. Check with your provider to confirm your policy covers osteopathic treatment. I can provide invoices and receipts for your claim.

  • A 45-minute follow-up is suitable for most people once we've established your movement plan and are progressing through treatment. A 60-minute follow-up is helpful when we need more time, for example, if you have multiple areas to address, if we're progressing to more complex movement patterns, or if you simply prefer the longer session. We can discuss which is most appropriate as your treatment progresses.
