Osteopathy & Movement Rehab
Relieve restriction. Restore confidence in movement.
Targeted rehab for pain and restriction
I combine touch, movement, and targeted strategies to ease pain, stiffness, or tension that builds up over time.
People often come to see me with back or neck tightness from desk work, hormonal-related joint symptoms, or movement that’s started to feel restricted. Some are recovering from injury, while others just want to reconnect with their body and move more freely.
Each session is shaped around your needs whether that’s soft tissue work, gentle joint mobilisation, or movement strategies drawn from Pilates, and functional movement, you can carry into your everyday life. The goal is to restore rhythm, confidence, and comfort in how you move.
Appointments available in Crystal Palace and Clapham.
Sports & Deep Tissue Massage
Relieve tension. Restore performance.
Therapeutic touch. Clinical precision
This hands-on treatment blends targeted pressure, myofascial release, and stretch-based techniques to ease tension, restore mobility, and support how your body performs in everyday life.
With a background in osteopathy and rehabilitation, I bring a clinical lens, drawing on in-depth knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and pain patterns. Whether you're active, recovering, or just feeling the wear of daily life, each treatment is shaped around how your body moves and what it needs most.
This isn’t routine massage. It’s soft tissue work with strategy: always responsive, always focused on function.

Strong Foundation: Group Class
Functional strength through intelligent movement.
Build resilience and coordination
Strong Foundation is a small-group movement class held at The Little Escape Studio in Crystal Palace. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your strength, build resilience, and move with more clarity and coordination.
Each session blends mobility, strength, and movement integration techniques drawn from Pilates, yoga, and natural movement systems. Together, they help improve your ability to squat, balance, lunge, and move better in everyday life.
Classes are kept small and supportive. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or used to working out- just ready to explore how your body can move with more ease.

FAQs
What’s the difference between osteopathy and a therapeutic deep tissue or sports massage session?
Osteopathy takes a whole-body, clinical approach to addressing pain, stiffness, and movement restriction. It includes assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and targeted movement strategies designed to restore function and support healing over time.
In contrast, therapeutic sports or deep tissue massage focuses primarily on soft tissue release, ideal for reducing muscular tension, aiding recovery, or easing stress. Massage works well as a standalone treatment or in combination with osteopathy, depending on your needs.
If you're not sure which is right for you, I can guide you based on your goals, symptoms, or what stage of recovery you're in.
How can I make the benefits of treatment last longer?
Lasting results come from what you do between sessions. That’s why I provide take-home movement rehab strategies you can easily fit into your week, even if you’re short on time.
For many clients, joining my Strong Foundations movement class adds a sense of structure, progression, and accountability. It’s a supportive way to build strength, move more confidently, and stay on track with your recovery or active lifestyle goals.
What’s the Strong Foundations group class, and who is it for?
Strong Foundations is a small-group movement class designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more in control of your body — especially if you’re dealing with joint stiffness, postural changes, or early-stage osteoarthritis.
Each session focuses on functional strength, balance, and mobility, using slow, intelligent movement rather than high-intensity training. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to move with more confidence, supported by expert guidance, structure, and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Learn more about the class.
Is osteopathy right for me if I’ve already tried physiotherapy or chiropractic?
Yes, especially if you’re still looking for care that feels more joined-up and tailored to your body.
I bring together hands-on osteopathic treatment, clinical assessment, and movement rehab to support both short-term relief and longer-term recovery. Some sessions focus more on soft tissue techniques and joint articulation; others lean into movement rehab, drawing from Pilates, corrective exercise, and functional mobility work.
What ties it all together is the osteopathic principle that your body has the capacity to adapt and heal, when given the right support. If you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but still feel stuck, we may just need a different lens to understand what’s going on.
Can osteopathy help with joint stiffness or early osteoarthritis?
Yes - and it’s one of the most common reasons people come to see me.
Osteopathy can help reduce stiffness and ease pain by addressing both the joint itself and the surrounding areas that may be compensating. Hands-on treatment can support better mobility and comfort, especially when paired with the right movement approach.
But real change takes your input too. That’s where my background in movement rehab comes in. I’ll guide you through targeted exercises to improve joint function, restore strength, and build confidence in how you move day-to-day. We can also explore longer-term support through my Strong Foundations class or a take-home plan tailored to you.
Can osteopathy help with menopause-related joint or muscle discomfort?
Yes. Many women notice joint stiffness, tight muscles, or changes in coordination around menopause. Osteopathy can both help ease tension and improve movement. I also offer movement-based rehab to support strength, stability, and confidence as your body changes.
Do I need to be injured to benefit from osteopathy or massage therapy?
Many of my clients come in for support with stress, postural tension, hormonal changes, or because they simply want to move better and feel stronger.
Osteopathy and therapeutic massage are powerful tools for prevention, recovery, and performance — not just pain relief. Whether you’re managing a busy work life, returning to activity, or navigating your 40s and beyond, these sessions help you feel more at ease in your body.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your body, goals, and what stage of recovery you’re in.
Some clients feel better after 1–2 sessions. Others benefit from a short course of care that includes hands-on treatment, rehab, and movement coaching. I’ll always be clear about where we’re heading and how we’ll measure progress.
I also offer maintenance sessions for clients who want long-term support and check-ins — especially those with recurring issues, high training loads, or life transitions like menopause..
How is your approach to women's health different?
I understand that women’s bodies — especially in their 40s and beyond — need more than a one-size-fits-all treatment.
My approach recognises the impact of hormonal shifts on joint health, coordination, muscle tone, and fatigue. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, postnatal recovery, or simply feeling out of sync, I offer care that meets you where you are.
Expect a combination of hands-on therapy, smart rehab, and practical movement tools to help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in how you move.
