The clinic is at 1 Paxton Mews, Crystal Palace, London SE19 3RW. It's tucked behind the shops on Westow Street, walk through the alley beside Blackbird Bakery (opposite Sainsbury's), then head to the far left of the courtyard. The nearest stations are Gipsy Hill (10-minute walk) and Crystal Palace (12–15 minute walk up the hill).

There's free parking at Sainsbury's on Westow Street, which is directly opposite the alley leading to the clinic. Paid street parking is also available on nearby roads. If you're driving, Sainsbury's is usually the easiest option.

I see clients from across South East London, including Crystal Palace, Upper Norwood, Gipsy Hill, West Norwood, Dulwich, Sydenham, Penge, and Forest Hill. The clinic is well-connected by bus and train, with Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace stations both within walking distance. → Book an appointment.

I currently work from the Crystal Palace clinic only and don't offer home visits. The clinic space allows me to properly assess your movement and work through exercises together, which is central to the → movement-based approach. If mobility is a concern, please get in touch and we can discuss whether the clinic is accessible for your situation.
