The clinic is at The Little Escape, 4 Paxton Mews, Crystal Palace, London SE19 3RW. It's tucked behind the shops on Westow Street, walk through the alley beside Blackbird Bakery (opposite Sainsbury's), then head to the far left of the courtyard. The nearest stations are Gipsy Hill (10-minute walk) and Crystal Palace (12–15 minute walk up the hill).

There's free parking at Sainsbury's on Westow Street, which is directly opposite the alley leading to the clinic. Paid street parking is also available on nearby roads. If you're driving, Sainsbury's is usually the easiest option.

The clinic space allows me to properly assess your movement and work through exercises together, which is central to the → movement-based approach. The practice is 15-minute walk from Crystal Palace station or 12 minutes from Gipsy Hill, with free parking at the nearby Sainsbury's, and paid street parking available on nearby roads.
