Booking Terms

These terms apply to all appointments and classes at Moving Fox Osteopathy (“the Clinic”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking you accept the rules below.
Governing law: England & Wales.

1. Booking channels

  • All appointments and classes are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.
  • You may book online using the embedded calendar on our website.

  • Online bookings close 12 hours before the appointment start time. For same‑day slots please email (subject to availability).

2. Fees

    • Individual appointments: no deposit; the full fee is paid in‑clinic by card on the day of treatment.

    • Strong Foundations Class (group): the class fee is charged in full online when you book.

      Current prices for each service are displayed on the booking calendar and on the Services page of our website. The price shown at the time you confirm your booking forms part of your contract with us. We may update fees periodically; any change will not affect appointments already confirmed.

      You will always see the exact fee before committing to pay.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling. Cancellation & rescheduling

Fees for late cancellations/no‑shows will be charged to the payment card on file or added to your next invoice.

4. Payment methods

    • In‑clinic – Visa, Mastercard (sorry, no American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay using our secure card terminal. Cash also accepted; we do not accept cheques.

    • Online (classes) – secure checkout via Stripe. Receipts are provided upon request.

    Invoices suitable for self‑funded insurance claims are available on request.

5. Clinic’s right to refuse or end treatment

We may decline or discontinue treatment and charge the late‑cancellation fee if:

  • you attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;

  • you behave abusively, act in a sexually inappropriate manner or threaten staff/other clients;

  • clinical assessment indicates the service is not appropriate for your condition (we will offer to refer you elsewhere);

  • you fail to complete mandatory health forms (including PAR‑Q) or follow safety instructions.

6. Minors

We treat adults aged 18 and over. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is required to remain present for the duration of the session.

7. Accessibility

  • Clapham Common clinic – second‑floor premises accessible only by stairs (no lift). No wheelchair access.

  • Crystal Palace clinic – limited step‑free access; please contact us before booking if you require assistance.

We will make reasonable adjustments where possible; if we cannot safely accommodate your needs we will cancel at no charge.

8. Illness & infectious disease

    • If you develop symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g., viral infection, vomiting/diarrhoea) please reschedule. We may waive the late‑cancellation fee at our discretion when a medical certificate is provided.

9. Gift vouchers & packages

Gift vouchers and multi‑session packages, when offered, will carry their own expiry date and refund terms, published at point of sale.
