
Booking Terms

These terms apply to all appointments and classes at Moving Fox Osteopathy (“the Clinic”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Governing law: England & Wales.
1. Booking Channels
All appointments and classes are booked through Acuity Scheduling. You may book online via the embedded calendar on our website.
Online bookings close 12 hours before the appointment start time. For same-day availability, please email us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
2. Fees
For individual appointments, no deposit is required. The full fee is paid in-clinic by card on the day of treatment.
For the Strong Foundations Class (group), full payment is taken online at the time of booking.
Current prices for all services are clearly displayed on our booking calendar and the Services page of our website. The fee shown when you confirm your booking forms part of your agreement with us. We may adjust fees from time to time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
You will always see the exact amount before making a payment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment or class through Acuity Scheduling, according to the following rules:
24 hours or more notice:
Individual appointments: No fee; you may cancel or reschedule freely.
Pre-paid classes: You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method or may reschedule without charge.
Less than 24 hours notice:
Individual appointments: The full session fee will be charged.
Pre-paid classes: No refund will be issued and the class credit is forfeited.
No-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late:
Individual appointments: Treated as a missed session; the full fee is due.
Pre-paid classes: Your place is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will either be charged to the card on file or added to your next invoice.
4. Payment Methods
In-clinic payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via a secure card terminal. Cash is also accepted. We do not accept cheques or American Express.
Online payments (for classes): Processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking.
Receipts are available upon request. If you need an invoice for insurance reimbursement, we’re happy to provide one.
5. Clinic’s Right to Refuse or End Treatment
We may decline or stop treatment and charge the appropriate cancellation fee if:
You attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
You behave in an abusive, inappropriate, or threatening manner.
A clinical assessment finds that the service is not suitable for your condition (in this case, we will suggest a referral).
You fail to complete required health forms (e.g., PAR-Q) or disregard safety instructions.
6. Minors
We treat clients aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout the session.
7. Accessibility
Clapham Common clinic: Located on the second floor; accessible only via stairs (no lift).
Crystal Palace clinic: Offers limited step-free access. Please contact us before booking if you have access needs.
We will make reasonable adjustments where possible. If we cannot safely accommodate your needs, your booking will be cancelled without charge.
8. Illness & Infectious Disease
If you have symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g., viral infection, vomiting, diarrhoea), please reschedule your appointment. In cases of illness, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, particularly if a medical certificate is provided.
9. Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift vouchers and multi-session packages (when available) will include specific expiry dates and refund terms, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
